My problem with procrastination.


I have just grown this habit and can’t stop doing it. I still remember when it really took me crazy, I had at least 2 months of doing an assignment and I did it the morning of the day of the deadline. I found out that a lot people actually fall to this sort of satisfaction. But before we go ahead we need to understand what is procrastination.

Procrastination is the action of delaying or postponing something.

I actually made a list to help you reduce procrastination and increase productivity.

  • Plan your segments into small parts so that it’s not too hard for you.
  • Journal everything you want to do whether on a board or on a note pad.
  • Put an alarm on your device to remind yourself to do your work.
  • Meditate and contemplate on what you want to do at least everyday.
  • Do not compare yourself to other people who seem to procrastinate.
  • Think of what will happen if you don’t do your work before your go and do something else.
